First off, there is no uniting if number 5 or number 6 includes “Pilipino”, why not just make it English only. Use regional languages if there is translation into English, to be proper all dialects will not be used, just languages.

Let me see if I can change one mindset that had been pounded into Filipino heads… then continue.
